CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for trusting me! To ensure the best experience for all of my clients, please review the cancellation policy below: All clients will be required to keep a credit card on file and pay a deposit of $150 for the service being booked. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, PLEASE PROVIDE AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE. ▫️Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit. ▫️Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. ▫️Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid impacting the next client. In some cases, a late arrival may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ▫️No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
